How's the Thanksgiving Restrictions Going?
I hear tell of some states and cities are looking to stop Thanksgiving? How's that going?

I am told that this is a signed permission to be exempt from Thanksgiving restrictions. Some Sherrifs and the NYPD are saying that they will honor this paper!
