Pensacola has The Angus.Its awesome.Tonight we had steak at Monterrys Mexican Grill.I also hate a steak that you have to use sauce.I love a good
pico de gallo with mine.I also love butter and A1 mixed to dip it in.

No problem. And we don't use any steaksauce around here, because the flavor hasn't had a chance to leave between the slaughterhouse and the Chrisy Ruth establishment.

Interesting...I guess what makes a great steakhouse is the fact that they actually choose cuts of beef rather than just getting pre-packaged cuts or frozen.

Amen, I used to bring dates home for steak dinners. The flakes would balk, the real gals always raved. Why? Because the real gals weren't looking for status, they were after the real thing.
