New study on voter fraud

snippets
A research group in New Jersey has taken a fresh look at postelection polling data and concluded that the number of noncitizens voting illegally in U.S. elections is likely far greater than previous estimates.
As many as 5.7 million noncitizens may have voted in the 2008 election, which put Barack Obama in the White House.
For 2012, Just Facts said, 3.2 million to 5.6 million noncitizens were registered to vote and 1.2 million to 3.6 million of them voted.

Re: New study on voter fraud

I wonder how many of them voted for Hillary in this past election.

That could explain why President Obama and Hillary were relatively quiet about the extent of Russian hacking in this past election. Too much investigation could uncover voter fraud they expected to work in Hillary's favor.

I'm wondering how the illegals pull it off?

In Ohio, we have to show our state photo ID and they then match us up by address to verify what precinct we are authorized to vote in. If anything is off, we can only cast a provisional ballot.

So, are illegals using fake IDs? How are they getting around the system?

You wonder how they pull it off? First, your liberal friends make it incredibly easy by blocking any reasonable legislation aimed at requiring ID at polling places. Any time legislation is submitted or passed, liberals scream racism and rush to the court to block it.

Libs want to require all kinds of rules to own a gun, but they don't want any protection against voter fraud.

It's ridiculous. Voters should be required to provide proof of citizenship before being able to vote.

Re: New study on voter fraud

Noncitizen Voting Is Easy

. . . the preferred form of documentary identification in the United States is the drivers’ license. Drivers’ licenses are issued by the states, pursuant to a widely varying body of state-specific laws and regulations. Currently, twelve states and the District of Columbia allow illegal aliens to obtain a drivers’ license.10

Congress attempted to address these issues with the Real ID Act, enacted May 11 2005, which established standards for state-issued licenses and other identity documents – including verification of immigration status. However, only 24 states and territories are currently compliant.11 Many of the allegedly compliant states have continued issuing licenses and state ID cards to illegal aliens and short-term visitors.12 Others – such as Delaware Utah – have continued to issue “driving privilege cards” or other non-license documents.13

The intentions behind the Real ID Act also continue to be thwarted by certain provisions of the NVRA. These provisions, known as the “Motor-Voter Law,” require state departments of motor vehicles to act as voter registration proxies. The information supplied by license applicants doubles as voter registration information and the registration process has become nearly automatic. Because so many states continue to issue driver’s licenses to noncitizens, it is relatively easy for aliens to commit voter fraud through the Motor-Voter system. When renewing a driver’s license by mail, they simply check the boxes indicating that they wish to be registered as voters and affirming that they are a U.S. citizen. Most often, they are added to the voter rolls without any attempt to verify the applicant’s citizenship.

Re: New study on voter fraud

You don't even need a driver's license or photo ID to vote in Ohio. Just bring a cell phone bill!

Ohio accepts the following documents for voter ID purposes:

Driver's license or state ID card with voter's name and photo issued by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Must be current (not expired), but may have an old address.
U.S. Military ID with voter's name and photo (address not required).
A government ID with voter's name, current address, and photo. Note: a student ID is not acceptable.
An original or copy of one of the following documents that shows the voter's name and current address:
Utility bill, including cell phone bill
Bank statement
Pay stub
Government check or other government document

No need to wonder how illegals are voting. Voter ID laws are a joke.

Re: New study on voter fraud

Arizona tried to implement a voter ID law, but liberals screamed racism, took it to court and the court blocked it.

So in my stated, all you need is a utility bill and a bank or credit card bill. You don't even need a photo ID to vote.

Here's the voter ID requirements - either one from List #1 or two from List #2. Note: List #2 is incredibly easy for illegals to get past.

List #1 - Sufficient Photo ID including name and address (One Required)
•Valid Arizona driver license
•Valid Arizona non-operating identification card
•Tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification
•Valid United States federal, state, or local government issued identification

List #2 - Sufficient ID without a photograph that bear the name and address (Two Required)
•Utility bill of the elector that is dated within 90 days of the date of the election. A utility bill may be for electric, gas, water, solid waste, sewer, telephone, cellular phone, or cable television
•Bank or credit union statement that is dated within 90 days of the date of the election
•Valid Arizona Vehicle Registration
•Indian census card
•Property tax statement of the elector's residence
•Tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification Arizona vehicle insurance card
•Recorder's Certificate
•Valid United States federal, state, or local government issued identification, including a voter registration card issued by the County Recorder
•Any mailing to the elector marked “Official Election Material”
