The non-family victim is planning on suing Josh Duggar for sexual abuse and severe emotional trauma, per InTouch Magazine - the magazine which broke the original story.

And because the statute of limitations has expired, the entire family can be called to testify and be unable to plead the 5th over any questions.

This is trending on FB right now, and liberals are gloating over it.

Meanwhile, the liberal Lena Dunham is enjoying the show circuit and is still filming her tv show, even though she wrote about molesting her sister at a young age.

There was a Roman Catholic Priest who was spat on as he was walking by a Homosexual parade. It says that the RC priest told the homosexuals that he deserved worse. So, liberals can gloat all they wish, what goes around comes around. We just have to let the dogs bark and let the trucks roll on.

How can someone be sued for what they did as a child?

He can be sued because he is famous. Not saying that anything will happen with the suit, but any jack leg lawyer will attempt to bring the case to court. What sells right now is trying to put Christians who are in the public eye into the trick bag. But, I'm one who didn't believe Ted Haggard ever was freebasing coke, with his homosexual boyfriend. I believe that was a set up from gitty up. Ted Haggard looks like someone who would set himself on fire if he was to smoke rock. Let alone be some big base head with a homosexual prostitute.

Good. Dude needs to pay for his "Curiosity" This isnt a left v right issue to me. Shame some of you want to make it out to be. Dude should have made sure his closet was clean and bare, before speaking out against others. KARMA

Listen angry one, I don't buy all these famous individuals all of a sudden falling at the same time. It is a bit, especially Ted's supposed masseuse who couldn't get his story straight. Plus Ted who made sure he was filmed handing out insurance flyers door to door, then going on Oprah as soon as he could. A wee bit too much drama. But I guess a generation who has been fed a steady diet of soap operas, and Flintstones tend to believe anything that is piped through the tube.
