LOL. I was hoping that maybe the second time you read it, it would sink in. Every conference has to play each other...not every team has to face multiple legitimate National Championship contenders in order to make it out of the conference every year. Technically I guess the SWAC beats up on each other.
I'm not a Titans fan, but I guess I may root for them over the Steelers.

Not a Titans fan either, just prefer them to win against the Steelers. College football needs a playoff system I hate the BCS. There are too many times when a team loses one game on a freak play or their opposition isn't deemed tough enough and therefore they get no shot at the championship. It is ludicrous to think that there will only be two teams each year that are worthy of that big game based on computer standings. Have I mentioned I hate the BCS?

The good news is that it is less than 8 hours until the start of the NFL season.
I hope my Titans don't get embarrassed! They were the best team in the NFL last year, and lost in the playoffs because of two fumbles inside the ten yard line when they were about to score!
The Titans beat the Steelers last year 31-17, so I think the Steelers may be seeking revenge! Also...a few Titans players stomped on a terrible towel after last year's game!
I can't wait........6 1/2 hours!

The Titans should have beat the Steelers. Oh well....it's a marathon, not a sprint! The main objective is to make the playoffs on a roll. Last year the Titans had the best record in the NFL and lost their first playoff game!

Baron, I would be surprised (impressed but surprised) if the PAC 10 preseason positions hold up once they play the tougher season games. Incidentally, I do live in Texas but still maintain that the SEC is by far the toughest conference season in and out. From top to bottom they stack up better than any other in my opinion....and I will be right there with you in cheering against the Cowboys
