Or, over-medium for a more traditional setting.
Yum. I'll take mine scrambled like that, please.

They hate it though, when we are low on english muffins, which I like crispy with butter, and try to serve with eggs. Here is a quote:

"No, this is MY english muffin. You kids get toast."

I have never been big on english muffins at all until recently. My hubby likes them and I have been eating them occasionally because they're here and actually like them.

Over easy, with unbuttered toast and a couple of slices of bacon.

I love egg omelets myself. My favorite and the one my family likes for me to cook for them is eggs, red peppers, broccoli florets, medium salsa, and cheese. It's delicious!

If eating just an egg I prefer, fried over easy.

Scrambled w/cheese or over easy. I also love omelettes with sausage, cheese, onion, mushroom and tomato...mmmmgood!!

I love breakfast...it's my favorite meal I think.

Oh, and I don't do boiled unless they are diced in salad...can't stand deviled eggs or cold egg salad.

Omelets are good. I haven't had one in a long time though.
