IMO it's already here in some places, just not brought up.
There really isn't a difference in trimming and cutting, or coloring hair, toenails or face. Is there?
From where I sit, you are completely right.
If you watch Hollywood at home, it's the same as watching it at Empire Theatres.
If you trim your hair, it's the same as if you cut it to your shoulders.
If you color your hair, it's the same as coloring your cheeks or finger nails.
I would like to confirm that SA did indeed preach at St. Stephen.
BTW, how would the Acts 2:38 message that SA or DC would preach be different from what anyone else would be preaching in AD? Is there more than one way to say, Repent and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost?
Well, you sure don't see any AD names on the "Tulsa List." I think that the only way television would cause a stir in NB is if the organization passed a resolution that preachers can't have them and that saints shouldn't have them.
If you watch television, you're a liberal. (That includes DVD's or VHS recordings of television programs)
Alvin aren't you being a little too legalistic in your definition of "liberal"? really ?
I wonder how long it will take to get from trimming and coloring to just plain allowing women to cut their hair and wear makeup?
Maybe Bro. Dudley was right when he used to say, "The turkey's not safe around Pentecost anymore." How far is it from Christmas banquets to the movie house?
Wow Alvin I remember when some used to preach against the banquets used a scripture somewhere in the NT to justify their stance.
I also remember Bro.Dudley saying " If a woman couldn't wear a dress/skirt to do some public activity then she shouldn't be doing it either" e.g. skiing, skating, sliding

No, the message is the message.

I know it's funny but some people really believe it!
Ok... I personally think our district (as a whole) is very liberal compared to others I've visited... We have a few conservative pastors, and a few very liberal.. most are in the middle somewhere... IMO.
But... what would you consider liberal Triple?

Many of our Saints have TV's, and the ones who don't are big movie watchers (mostly in homes, some go to theaters as well)
We have a lot of colored gray's and trimmed split ends...
We're talking about SA and DC preaching in our churches again...
How could anyone think AD isn't liberal?
(this is all said without condemnation or approval... as I said previously, I'm of a mixed opinion at this present time)
Praise God!
Won't it be a great day when all the Jesus Name people in NB are worshipping together again. It looks like that day is coming even faster than I thought it would.
