Bro. MFU was with us in service not long ago, and though weak in body, when he began to talk about the Scriptures, he came alive and lifted the service with his passion for God and the Word of God. He and his wife are wonderful people.

He still does! It's quite amazing. He is so frail but I was in a service in HP two months or so ago and I think he was still the first on his feet. That's inspiring.

Another, although less well known preacher to add to the list would be Bro. Carroll Hickling, as true a Christian as I have ever had the privilege to know.

I have a letter here from Sis. U that will be kept as one of most treasured possessions. Proversbs 31 comes to mind when I think of her -- and your grandmother as well.

I have learned that it takes a lifetime to make saints like these that we are talking about this morning. I'm not concerned that I'm not like them today, but I am concerned that I become like them tomorrow.

A man with a testimony like few others who has come through trial large enough to cause many to turn back who continues to serve the Lord. If he'd sign up here, I'd find something good to say about him (Like he graduated from UPBI* with a distinguished class.)

*I guess I'm supposed to put NCC with the little note "formerly UPBI," but I never attended NCC; I attended UPBI.

I'm missing the context here. Don't tell me that after four months in Newcastle he's ready to go to Dairytown.
Great timing up there with the mill closing.
