Russia seems to be waiting on us to withdraw our troops from the area. We are for some reason protecting the Al Quada troops there. America is wanting war with Russia for some reason.

We are probably encouraging the Al Quada groups to do a chemical attack on civilians that will be blamed on Syria. That will give us a pretext to push Putin closer to war.

So if CNN says Assad gassed his own people, but RT says AlQaeda proxies for the US did it in order to provide an excuse for US intervention, then what conclusion would you make?

Since, supposedly, you don't believe either side's claims?

*BTW, the claim reported by RT was from the Russian Ministry of Defense, and is therefore an "official government claim", not just some media pundit's ideas.
