Re: Dottie Rambo's Funeral

I savored every moment I had with Dottie. I hung on and clung to every word. She was as real as anyone I have ever met, and with a heart like hers, no wonder that she looked so forward to eternity! Dottie "worked out" her own salvation, and I am sure she did it with "fear and trembling"...

Is she in Heaven? Considering her works, her fruit, her heart, and her salvation....if she isn't there, then THERE IS LITTLE HOPE FOR MOST OF US. I believe she is there. I believe she is happy, and free from the pain that tortured her here. I believe she is loving on Jesus, and calling the angels "Darlin'".

There is a time and a place for everything. Asking that type of question in the shadow of her passing was not seemly, IMHO.

If that is 'judging' forgive me, but folks often put "you're judging" on people who are actually trying to set boundaries of propriety.

When I look at the pen on my desk, and call it "blue," I am not judging it harshly...it IS blue.

As we don't have a heaven or hell to put anyone in, we all are merely saying it is best to leave one's final destination with the One who knows all things.

To say so is not "judging in a harsh manner..."

It is fact.
