I don't either - there are so many cool looking shoes out there now I know I can find something that will match a bit better than those. I will have to have lower heels still because of my knee replacement, but I know I can find an attractive sandal that will look great with the dress.

I think the dress is pretty, but I also think the design itself would make you feel swallowed by it. It seems like a heavy style of dress.

This was the color I was going for. I actually have already bought a dress this color, but it's too hot for July! I thought it wouldn't be, but it's fully lined in satin and will just be too hot for me.

I just want something that doesn't look so "mother of the brideish".

Ha! Yeah, right! Been a single mom with no assistance for the past 8 years and one still in college in a master program. There wasn't extra to set aside. But hey, we'll make it! It's amazing the extra typing jobs that have come in aside from my regular day job as well as a recent unexpected financial blessing at my regular job -- just in time!
