Nowhere. "The lion shall lie down with the lamb" is not in the Bible.

No, I heard the phrase growing up. But the phrase is not in the Bible. The verse Amanah posted is the closest the Bible comes, but even in that verse:

"The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them."

A kid is a young goat.
