Re: Carpel Tunnel

Wearing the brace now and all I can say is "It hurtssssss us! It burnnsssss! It Burnnnnsssss! Please takes it offs usssss!"

OK, a bit dramatic maybe but it does have some sharp edges around the fingers that are doing exactly what I predicted they would do when I first put it on.... they feel like they are cutting into me.

Yeah, and she must use a memory foam mattress, for full recovery. Wait. What?

Re: Carpel Tunnel

Randy,

I had my left hand done in June and my right hand done in October. Both are doing great!! I haven't completely worked up the strength in my right hand, but I'm working on it.

The surgery is nothing - - you can handle it!

Can't even tell I had surgery now!

Re: Carpel Tunnel

had the surgery done.

PT suggest that if you place both palms together and push against them will help. You can feel the difference when doing it.

I also, personally, think if you do more pushups that would help.

The bulk of my hand pain came last week when pushing some hard wood panels down when we were redoing our floor. So I doubt that push ups would help......
