I had this conversation with my wife after hearing a preacher say that she is in hell, I was disappointed after hearing him say this; however, none of us really knows. I will say that I was blessed by her songs, and that I sing some of them songs in church.

Wow and all this time, I thought God was the one handing out judgements. I had it totally wrong, I didn't know that right was reserved for preachers who probably don't have enough love to stop and help someone in a car accident or any other tragic situation because they don't look apostolic. (I know that was a run on sentence, who cares)
I know people, who sit in UPC churches every week, sing in the choir, or on the worship teams. People who are in some form of position at the church, and yet they are involved in a homosexual lifestyle, committing adultery, going out to the clubs on friday nights drinkin and havin a good ole time. Come Sunday morning however they are right up there shouting and speaking in tongues with the best of them. Because they look the part though, nothing is ever said by the pastor because he assumes they are ok because of the "standards" they adhere to.
This is no hearsay, I KNOW these people personally. But by all means lets crucify a lady whose only problem was she cut her hair and wore makeup.
Given the choice, I'd rather take my chances with the hair and make up, than to live in open out right rebelious sin, and still pretend that everything is ok. Of course obviously pastors dont pray for discernment anymore, or they never had it to begin with. If they only way our pastors can determine the spiritual state of a persons soul is by they way they dress. SOMETHING is TERRIBLY WRONG.
