Re: Divorce and remarriage
Notice that the woman is in adultery. What about the man? Men could have multiple wives in the Bible. What does the scripture say about men committing adultery who have multiple wives?

I've noticed most people here avoid answering simple questions.

Yeah. It wasn’t a trick question. I’m trying to learn something here.

Mine weren't either. But I guess we will have to wait. And wait. And wait. Etc.

Now, that may be a different story. I believe saints are held to a higher standard when it comes to that.

Re: Divorce and remarriage
YEAH RIGHT!!!
Rather than asking a question about something that you supposedly “just want to know about”, but then always seem to have an opinion about afterwards, amazing how the lights come on....awe.
Just be bold and state your biblical interpretation, don’t be afraid, no need to play “Got you games” , just post your reply and if it’s refuted by good doctrine and scripture, then so be it. There is no pride in it , is there? We are all on the same team, NO?

What bond?
A man/women comes to God divorced and remarried, what is the state of that marriage bond from his/her previous marriage?

This is what I mean by people not answering questions.

Who are you talking to? I've stated my position clearly on this (or was it the other?) thread: Nobody on AFF has a fully Biblical doctrine concerning divorce and remarriage, every side fails to take into consideration various key elements, leaving every side presented here with gaping holes filled in with "let's make it up as we go along" and "let's attack the other person's moral and intellectual character instead of working through Scripture to arrive at a solid Biblical answer that leaves no stone unturned."
It's the one single thing the Roman Catholic Church pretty much understands correctly: people are generally either too dumb or too personally biased to be allowed to determine doctrine for themselves.
