Re: Miracle at Impact Conference
I'm like this if God does anything for anybody anywhere I'm grateful for it.

That right there is one good position to take Scott. I am with you!

God filled them with the Spirit to lead them to truth. They received part of what God had for them but not the whole experience, they didnt follow all the way. This doesnt mean that they never experienced a move of God in their lives.

Re: Miracle at Impact Conference
Let me also say this. Anytime a sinner repents at a denominational church, I rejoice. Anytime someone goes from a formal denominational church to a trinitarian Pentecostal church, I rejoice. Anytime someone receives the gift of the Holy Ghost in a trinitarian Pentecostal church, I rejoice. Anytime somone takes a step in the right direction, there is a cause for rejoicing. Are they saved without Acts 2:38 experience?... NO! But my God is not limited to where he can reach someone. However God has to reach into someone's life to lead them into truth, I believe He will.

- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Re: Miracle at Impact Conference
The UPC is the Only Church I receive conviction.
No religion has ever pricked my heart than these views.
Why conclude that God hears beyond the UPC?
Could it not be possible that because we pray for "the world to the blessed," for God to "heal the sick of the word," to work "miracles in the world," that it is all coming from us? Can he not just be responding to our prayers for them, which in-turn makes them believe that He actually heard them, when in reality He did not? That it was all US?
I don't believe in another salvation beyond the first century conversions.
( Read the quote below ) And I trust God that He led me to this truth.
