Infection In My Foot

Hi Everyone,

As most of you know I broke my Ankle in early Sept. & required surgery which involved placing two plates & screws in my right leg.
The metal on one of the plates has rubbed on the skin which has broke open the skin & it is infected.

I am on antibiotics & am away from work right now & taking Tylenol 3's for pain
(two at a time) and sometimes that doesn't take away the pain.

I have to wait until early May to get the plate & screws out as they won't remove them before the 8 month mark to give the bones time to harden.

Prayers are appreciated.

Thanks.

Ron

Absolutely!!

You don't store calcium anymore, so anything you have stored will be used if supplements aren't taken. Calcium aids in the promotion of bone growth and strengthening, and Vit D aids in the absorption of calcium.

Best to take with acidic drinks, like OJ instead of milk. Acid helps it to absorb better and faster.
