Re: Congress Exempted Themselves From Obamacare
Here is a post from high school mate:
"Glad to know ObamaCare is helping me and lowering my rates....just got my notice our insurance will be cancelled in January and the new similar coverage will ONLY cost me $500 more per month. Can't wait."

Re: Congress Exempted Themselves From Obamacare
My husband will be receiving his enrollment renewal in the next couple weeks. My job just offered me a benefit package and I will be getting the info also in the next couple weeks. We are going to compare them and make the best decision. We have BCBS now and they don't pay much. We have an annual deductible of $8K right now!

Re: Congress Exempted Themselves From Obamacare
I wonder if any of AFF's right wing will ever be honest enough to tell the truth
(my post were lies) if their posts turn out to be false?

Light, if my rates go down I'll be happy to let you know and let you know I was wrong. They have gone up thought and that's the truth!

I dont have any doubts that your rates have gone up. Last week my daughter and her husband were quoted a price on the phone with Blue Cross of Texas. The cost was so far out of line it was not even feasible to consider. A $10,000.00 deductible at $800 a month. Her husband would not be covered for the first 2 years for any thing related to or caused by his type 2 diabetes.
If the democrats are telling the truth about the benefits of the AFC he will be able to get coverage that will cover him immediately at a cheaper price with NO caps.
Lets see what happens after the AFC act goes into effect.
If it is a failure the right wing will be vindicated. If it works the left will be right.

I can't ever tell if you Left Wing or Right Wings ever tell the truth. All I can do as a moderate is be honest myself
I believe Obama care SUCKS. Im being honest. It's a huge mistake and will lower health care for many Americans.
The Goal of the Global elites, I heard years ago, is to make the world Equally, equally poor.
One way to do that with heath care is make it seem like you are giving EVERYONE something GREAT when in reality you are taking something AWAY from those that already have and reducing their wealth, or in this case, their quality of health care so they can say "See? We gave EVERYONE health care, enjoy your cake"

I believe that might be the only true statement that has ever come out of Sen. Lindsey Graham's mouth.

Re: Congress Exempted Themselves From Obamacare
In my opinion it is already a failure because IT is the reason rates are already going up, people are being forced to take part time hours and Medicare reducing Dialysis funding by several hundred millions of dollars.

Re: Congress Exempted Themselves From Obamacare
There just seems to be too many negatives. Gonna make all of the young folks, (many who have no insurance because they don't want to spend any money in that area.... they're in good health) take out insurance they don't want. And if they don't enroll it ain't gonna work. They can pay the penalty and wait till they get sick. And if the large mass of young folks don't enroll the plan is not going to work.
Doctors are quitting and leaving their fields of labor. Now how is everyone going to be helped if there is no doctor to treat them. My doctor has already decided to stop taking medicare because of the government.
Prices going up and working hours going down. Incomes going down and now you gotta' pay more for your insurance. Again, it just isn't going to work. And by the time it fails I wonder how many families budgets will have failed.
How many people have to speak up before the Democrats listen. One of the leading demos, one who help put this thing together, says it's a train wreck. The unions are screaming, (and cursing) the very thing they went along with for their leader Obama. The polls are showing how many Americans are against this, but the left just turns a deaf ear.
And then as the title of this post says "Congress exempts themselves from Obamacare." That should enrage everyone that has the ability to think for themselves. WHO DOES CONGRESS THINK THEY ARE? The elite, the "better than thou" crowd. They really have gotten so polluted on their power that they think they are indispensible. Let's vote them all out. It couldn't be any worse!
