What is your favorite "go-to" snack? When you raid the cupboard, looking for that "something"... what is it that you are usually looking for?

And... while you're at it, share when these "snack attacks" hit ... mid morning, late afternoon, or late night?

I've got a late night snack attack, and I settled on Tillamook pepper jack cheese with rosemary olive crackers... and... I suppose I'll have to confess that tonight I finished off my box of chocolates I received as a Christmas gift... I've been eating about one a day.

Blue bell ice cream (esp Mocha Almond Fudge) every night before bedtime, is the addiction controlling my life. I know I'm getting fatter by the heaping tablespoon too.
And, I have to eat the center out first, (straight out of the 1/2 gal jug) since it's the hardest part, then work my way out. I don't just play around either like some folks lickin on an ice cream cone...I take large bites from a tablespoon, and I can put it away too! I need help.....Somebody help me....trying to reach out here. I mean just look at my avatar photo, see the anger and struggle happening?!

popcorn is my salty snack

chocolate my sweet snack.

I usually make a chocolate cake when we have company, and then freeze the leftovers in sections for later use so we don't eat it all at once.

I really try to watch my diet so cottage cheese with fruit, topped with loose granola is my go-to snack. Reminds me of a "crisp" of some sort. When I'm feeling belligerent, I go for popcorn cooked on the stove, topped with salt and butter. I absolutely love, love pork reins with hot sauce but never have them because they are so high in calories 800 per bag. Broke free of those over a year ago. Haven't looked back since.

Popcorn on my nights off, Nutter Butters daily. Some may consider Cereal a snack. I have ate that before bedtime 99% of my entire life. One of my first memories is a box of Cheerios sitting on Granny's table.
