Re: Ebola: Why Won't They Close Travel?

I read some blog which claimed this was all a hoax to get US troops into Liberia to seize oil. Youtube has a lot of videos claiming this is a hoax as well. They all claim the government is using the color green - specifically black people wearing green - to somehow brainwash the public.

Weird theories going around...

In two months or less, EBOLA will be a non-story.

Yes and a vote for Barak Obama was a good idea.

so...one of the healthcare workers that had contact with that nurse was on a Carnival cruise ship. They quarantined him and tried to top in Mexico...Mexico said No. They tried to stop in Belize and they said No...

Liberians try to come to the US and Obama says COME ON IN!

Interesting to note that our CDC apparently has an Ebola study center in...Liberia, I believe...and that things got pretty busy there this past January! (Before Ebola broke out in Africa)

Why is that interesting?

Perhaps this wasn't a natural outbreak. That this outbreak was coordinated and allowed to happen.

Re: Ebola: Why Won't They Close Travel?

This past weekend, and today, many of the people who were in direct contact with Duncan have tested free of Ebola, including his girlfriend, the daughter of the girlfriend, who was a nurse, and who checked Duncan's vitals before he was admitted the second time.

So, now the question remains - HOW did the two nurses contract the disease?

Ty, yes. A conspiracy theory, maybe-but our leaders have plainly stated their population reduction goals...dunno.

Re: Ebola: Why Won't They Close Travel?

Now we have another doctor infected with Ebola, who just recently returned from Africa, treating patients with Ebola, and who did not undergo a quarantine upon returning from having direct contact with Ebola. This just gets wilder and wilder.

Can you imagine the poor people who have had contact with this doc who will now have to put their lives on hold for 21 days, because he was stupid enough to be out in the public after having direct contact with Ebola? He needs to be prosecuted, in my opinion. This is beyond ridiculous.
