I lean toward Italy and Iran having tremendous financial trouble (Italy has had 3 recessions in a 10 year span and we know Iran’s state of affairs - China has been selling them weapons and nuclear materials) and China standing to benefit. China is trying and has been working with Italy on a railroad which would expand their footprint into Europe.
I also believe China wanted America to panic and were looking more to us overreacting, which would hurt our business interests more than people being harmed. So, they got that. Payback for tariffs.

Trying to understand your line of reasoning - Why would the break out begin in china if china was targeting us with a bio weapon?
wouldn't it be more plausible that we targeted them first with a bio weapon?

Did you think they cared about their own people after they pushed the one child agenda? I think Senator Tom Cotton agrees that we shouldn’t use a conspiracy theory, but also be aware this is a place where their bio testing takes place.
No, it doesn’t make sense we would hit them first. Several virus’ have originated from China.

So where I am, they have shut down most of the branches of the credit union I belong to, all county buildings are by appointment only, no congregating over 10 people, use of cash is discouraged because Coronavirus might be on the paper money...
We see that travel out of the country is now prohibited.....
There is a message that is being implied that WE KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU....

We know that North Korea went on lockdown immediately when they heard about it. The US saw that and emulated their actions. We also don’t know if Russia is keeping things quiet. I did read today they were expelling any Chinese who weren’t complying with quarantines.
I think the natural viruses from their superstitious practices could be used in that way. The Chinese know this is happening. They aren’t stupid. They must allow it to keep their population down. They run everyone’s lives, they know everything everyone is doing. So, you’d have to say they don’t care, and therefore why care if other countries populations die as well?
