I think the one word that sums up the article is written on the page: OPINION.

Unfortunately, it is a wrong one. He claims he is not trying to minimize baptism, but that is exactly what he does.

It is also sad that he has trouble grasping the same language he writes his article in. If he had a better grasp on the language used in this translation, surely he would get it... *sigh*

Please don't misunderstand; my heart is not to spark an argument. It's to give Christ His rightful place in salvation. If baptism is vital for salvation why did Paul say, "For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel"?

Stop reading Charisma magazine.

Yeah, why gold dust? How about something Biblical like taking a dinner on the grounds and multiplying everyone plates with dessert?
