At TF Tenny's funeral, his son talked about a Spirit that came into his room after his father came back from India.
My daughter is in Real Estate and there are people who won't buy a house that has been previously owned by a person from India. The idol that has its fingers up allow spirits through the portal. I thought that was foolish until Tenny's son had that experience. Something to think about, anyway.
I also remember Drost in Mexico talking about a man that wanted his mother healed. When Drost went into the house he asked her if she really wanted to be healed. She told him that she did. He told her that in order to have that happen, she had to get rid of the statues in her house. When she did that, she was immediately healed.
I have always believed that if my roommate had not stolen my crucifixion necklace off of my dresser, I would still be in the Catholic Church. Those idols hold powers over us that, at the time, we don't really realize it.

Jeremiah 10
Hear the word that the Lord speaks to you, O house of Israel.
2 Thus says the Lord:
“Learn not the way of the nations,
nor be dismayed at the signs of the heavens
because the nations are dismayed at them,
3 for the customs of the peoples are vanity.[a]
A tree from the forest is cut down
and worked with an axe by the hands of a craftsman.
4 They decorate it with silver and gold;
they fasten it with hammer and nails
so that it cannot move.
5 Their idols[b] are like scarecrows in a cucumber field,
and they cannot speak;
they have to be carried,
for they cannot walk.
Do not be afraid of them,
for they cannot do evil,
neither is it in them to do good.”
I don't think the lawn ornament is an issue, but I'm going to get rid of it.

Sister, what you just said is total truth.

Oh my gosh! You have those statues in your yard?
Buddha is representing a false God and would be problematic for me to have anywhere near my house. As a former Catholic, I don't have crosses or angels in my house either. I just don't like the superstitious vibe.
Not trying to be negative or rude, but your house is representing Buddha and offering him as acceptable to your neighborhood. I believe you have all of your faith in God and I don't think you would really want to do that. JMO.
