Well, I guess I just meant everyone at least starts on fairly equal footing.  . Your implication is that we rely too much on debate and on man's understanding, and less on God's guidance? Is that your point? Or are you just saying that there are unfair biases?

Man's understanding seems to fuel a super-charged propensity toward politics.
Who's my enemy? Who's my ally? Do I have enough backup from my constituency to slash and burn with reckless abandon or do I need to be surgically skillful in my delivery of the intended venom.
Yeah, I guess I really have come to the end of hoping for spiritual topic discussion that is subject-driven rather than personality-driven.
Since we, as brethren, so often get really focused when wrestling with flesh and blood, I guess we are the perfect puppets in the skillful hands of an accuser of the brethren.
Sorry for the rant.
