Nobody ever pays any attention to number 9. Dude froze in his inauguration by refusing to wear appropriate clothing, ended up with pneumonia, and died a month later. Completely ineffectual for lack of time, completely nonsensical for refusing to protect his own well-being at his inauguration, even against the advice of others. Left his wife a widow and put a bad capstone on an otherwise remarkable career.
