Scott, nothing is co-written, but dictated to a scribal secretary. One dictates the other jots the thoughts down. Baruch ben Neriah was the scribal secretary of Jeremiah. You have to keep in mind that these men were part of a scribal culture. Hence the reason when Paul jotted down something himself he made it known to the reader
