Really I don't , But I do call alot of folks to check on them though.

Not sure bed rest is 'good for what ails' you right now. I'm not a health professional, so I really don't know.

Hope you don't mind all of us being 'bossy', but it's only because we care. Are you under a doctor's care?

When one's blood pressure is that high, yes, bed rest is necessary. Being up and about just increases it.

In most other cases, especially surgical ones, laying around isn't ideal.
