Re: Recipes for a Ladies Tea. Help??

Shoot, I'm not quite sure how to add my favorite ingredient to that one, but they do look really good. (Referring to the pinwheels. The Cauliflower, not so much.)

I seriously think that you would like the cauliflower in this type of recipe. It changes the taste completely. Not the same, in any way, as steamed cauliflower. I make pizza crust with cauliflower - it is GREAT!

Cauliflower crusted pizza
You can make this crust without cheese if you wish, just add one more egg to the mix.

The crust
2 cups of grated or finely minced cauliflower
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1-2 garlic cloves finely minced
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dried basil
OR 1 tablespoon of fresh basil, minced
1 egg
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
