Esaias, this sounds like the wrath of God, the church is not appointed to wrath, correct?

Deut 28 is chastisement. Those without chastisement are illegitimate.

Some Sabbatarians I know. They see the church in America largely struggling with rebellion and ignorance in their Sunday keeping. They firmly believe that we need a revival that refocuses upon the Law of God (the Ten Commandments) and loving obedience to them. This would include the recognition and keeping of the 7th day Sabbath. They believe this would be the church's greatest testimony to who it believes is the Supreme Law Giver and Creator. They also believe it would place the church in greater harmony with all covenantal promises of blessing. For example:
Isaiah 58:12-14 King James Version (KJV)
12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. One house church I've been visiting has committed to observing the Sabbath as commanded in the Ten Commandments (they do not believe in all the ordinances regarding the Sabbath in the Law of Moses apply). They focus on rest, family time, rejuvenation, and worship. My family has participated and found it to truly be a blessing. I never saw the Sabbath this way. It truly is a delight. While most of Christianity is focused upon a sacred place (a church building) these Christians experience the Sabbath as a sacred tabernacle abiding within time itself. Beginning on Friday at sunset, all of creation enters period of time that was declared sacred and holy from the dawn of creation.

A - I believe there is value in the above. In many Apostolic houses, Saturday and Sunday are actually dreaded.
Why?
Well, there is not a busier day for most Apostolic churches than Sunday.
And Saturday is seen as a day where you "get ready" for Sunday.
With outreach, church prayer meeting, church cleaning, church maintenance, etc...

My family house churches. We gather in homes with other believers. Our fellowship has no interest in ever owning property. When we get too large, we simply launch another house church by establishing a fellowship in another home.
This small fellowship I've gotten to know gathers on the Sabbath. The Sabbath begins at sundown on Friday and lasts until sundown on Saturday. Most of us have family devotions or family activities on Friday evening. We typically sleep in on Saturday morning and after we get up we start our day. We meet for fellowship at 3pm Saturday afternoon at an elder's home. We have a full meal, have the Lord's Supper, and gather in the finished basement for interactive Bible study. We're typically there until Sundown or shortly after. We then return home and enjoy Saturday night by having "date night", eating out, game night, or yes, a family movie. Of course, being Sabbatarian, we don't attend any gatherings on Sunday. So we sleep in on Sunday morning and just enjoy the time off and get ready for Monday.
It's actually quite relaxing. The Sabbath sets a tone of worship and rest for the entire weekend.
