Re: Mattie

Renda,
Doesn't it almost seem like a dream that it is all over with (waiting, the labor, the birth, etc.)
All behind! That was/is how it always seemed to me when I had our children, and also when
the grandchildren came along! God is So GOOD!
Mattie is SO Precious. She is a BEAUTIFUL BABY! I know she will bring her parents and you
MUCH JOY! What a TREASURE!

Hugs,
Falla39

Oh, okay! Just checkin'!! LOL! I'll have to see if my SIL wants to do the "Garden of Eden" shot! LOL!

Seriously, it is a very cute picture, along with them all!

I absolutely love the humongous floral hair bow. They look so cute on babies!!! But, was that yours? You'll have to wear that at the next AFF gathering, right?

LOL....no, it's too big for me! It's hilarious for sure! She has some smaller ones, but her mom wanted to use that one.............loved the little rhinestones on it.

I just finished writing for the first time in my Grandma's Prayer Journal - - what a wonderful gift!

It sure does look like a huge flower! Love it! It's so Anne Geddes!

I'm glad you liked the gift! Are you supposed to give that to your granddaughter later? I cant' remember what was in it now. LOL!

I will continue writing in it for a while - it's for several grandchildren, so I can just keep on writing and then "leave it" to them later on in life!

Oh, right! They will find it when they are going through your things and cleaning out your house. Gotcha!

When we cleaned out my father's things, I found an envelope, from our son at 5 years old. He had sent him a birthday card and had cut out a shirt tag that had a lizard on it. LOL! Don't know why he sent that to my father, but my father kept it all those years. LOL!

Mattie will love finding your Prayer Journal!

Lord! That is so morbid!!

LOL....I love the face on the stone.

When I was sitting in her room (here at my house), the sad realization that I won't always be around for her life hit me and made me very sad.

I know!!! It's so sad. Even for our children. I was looking at my Caller ID yesterday and thinking - "I love it when both of my children are listed and on the same day!"
