By the way, just thought I'd let you know that since I am actually only signed up to bring tea sandwiches - even tho it's 6 DOZEN of them! - I have decided that I am going to concentrate on that first of all. I liked the recipe for the chicken salad with the pineapple and nuts. So I went and bought some mini-croissants today. I'm going to use those to put my chicken salad on. If I get time, I might also make a little tuna salad. THEN if I get time, I think I'll make a few cookies. But I got a call today to get a funeral video done for tomorrow, so that cuts into my cooking time. On the one hand, my schedule is so full that I hope we don't have any more to do between now and the weekend. On the other hand, I can use the money. So...............

I love using the mini-croissants. Good choice!
