It was clearly asserted that a Spirit-filled believer that has the Spiritual-gift of the interpretation of tongues can't interpret tongues if the speaker is recorded on a video. Granted, the specific technicality that supposedly thwarts the power of the Holy Spirit wasn't explicitly confessed.

I searched for "Speaking In Tongues" at John McArthur's website and the search output listed 2979 results. If I ever find the specific manuscript that matches the video, I will post it.
