GOP surrenders, yet again

This is why I gave up on the GOP as anything but a scam.

Re: GOP surrenders, yet again

The LA Times would love to see all illegals on Obamacare.

Don't think that nothing at all is being done. Remember that Sen. Ted Cruz authored an amicus brief supporting both Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood Specialties against the contraception mandate.

As you know an amicus brief, an additional document to any case, can be used by the judge to evaluate a case.

Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood won their cases.

Little by little.... You have to keep fighting.

Quote:
"Every last word of Obamacare must be repealed," said Sen. Cruz. "And while we continue that fight, we must also send bill after bill to the President's desk to stop its harmful effects. The Health Care Choice Act will reduce costs, force insurers to compete for business and empower consumers to choose a health plan that meets their needs."

Re: GOP surrenders, yet again

More people need to hear the minute details of Obamacare and HillaryCare, which was a much worse model and why she needs to lose this election.

I don't think people know enough about both programs. Betsy has read every line of both programs.

Dr. Betsy McCaughey • New Hampshire Republican Leadership Summit • 4/18/15

And BTW, at the 12:32 marker she says, "And now I want to pay special tribute to Ted Cruz, because he has stood up to protect this Constitution even when he had to stand alone. But make no mistake, he wasn't standing alone, because millions of Americans who love this Constitution were glued to their television sets cheering him on even when the go-alongs to get-alongs in Washington wouldn't."

Sometimes the going has to get rough before the American people will wake out of their slumber. And I don't believe it is too late.

Its good to know that critical global issues occurring in peoples bedrooms like contraception are at the top of the "smaller government" agenda

The issue there is about being forced to pay for people's birth control.

Anyways, the republitards have a corner on being able to sell out to their opposition. Cruz is hardly representative of the Party of America's First Dictator.

A pox on both parties.
