WOW! PO!

Is this the epitome of....

Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Please reconcile that with what you wrote... If you can!

I think defending yourself from sure death is not the same as turning the other cheek. If someone entered my home and pointed a gun at me, I would defend myself and my family with whatever means it took to stay alive.

Israel has done their part to alert citizens to get out of the way.

A ceasefire was reached that Hamas did not accept. It's either the terrorist or Israel. Israel is intent on attacking infrastructure - not civilians. If civilians purposely stand in the way, it's on them. Hamas has fired hundreds of rockets and deliberately placed military installations in densely-populated Gaza in order to use civilians as human shields.

Therefore, wherever Hamas has ANY military installations or weapons cache, I hope Israel hits those targets will all the force they have to destroy these weapons that CONTINUALLY come through GAZA.

all this ignores that these Hamas machinations may not be the peoples' will there--just as your government now acts outside of your will. We have all this amazing tech to pinpoint blahblah, and Israel can't sugically remove any (laugh) 'threats' from inside Gaza? Puh-leeze.

Let's see, since July 8, Hamas has fired 1,248 rockets at Israel. That's more than 145 rockets every day.

You want Israel to turn the other cheek and allow their citizens to be killed?

Right now, Israel has a humanitarian window open between 10:00 and 15:00 to allow citizens to resupply needed goods.

Israel will fire back if Hamas violates that window. Good for them.

There is a difference between war and murder, and between turning the other cheek, and defending those you love.

For example, the Apostle Paul's life was in danger, and his nephew went to speak to the leader to save Paul's life. If Paul was to just turn the other cheek, why then would his nephew go to such efforts to save Paul's life? If the nephew had done nothing, no doubt Paul's life would have ended that night. The story I reference is found in Acts 23.

You can't surgically remove a rocket launcher from a school. You either bomb it or leave it there
