This Could Be Big!

http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20100314...20100314150723

When I first heard about it, I saw it as insulting, but it didn't strike me as the first time Israel thumbed its nose at America.

Apparently, this American Administration has decided that it will not tolerate Israel thumbing its nose at us.

What do you think and can this get any "bigger"?

Good for Israel. They certainly don't have a friend in the Oval office any more.

Exactly! And I think Israel knows that we need them as an ally. They also have mucho dinero coming from their Jewish American friends and families.

Re: This Could Be Big!

Why is all the pressure on Israel to keep making concessions when no concessions are asked of the "Palestinians"?

Re: This Could Be Big!

Wish I could remember which website had the pics, but I read the news of Biden throwing a tantrum and arriving to dinner with Netanyahu over an hour and a half late ... apparently just to show them how mad he was at them ... they included a few pics, two of which were very telling.

The first is of Biden, his wife and Netanyahu and his wife. Biden is not smiling at all, in fact he looks rather upset.

The second is just of Biden and the Palestinian President. Biden is absolutely beaming. Huge smile showing off his pearly white teeth.

I say well done, Israel. They're on their own for now, until at least 2012. It's clear BHO and his admin give the Palestinians more thought and respect now than Israel.

Here's to looking forward to a new occupant and administration in the WH in 2012.

I read a poll, don't remember where, that 39% of the Israelis believe that Obama is a Muslim. 49% do not believe he is. 39% or 1/3 of the population, with all of their conflict, is pretty high. That just means they do not trust him to have their backs, but we already know that.

I wonder what those poll figures would be for people in the U.S. Many believe BHO is a either a Muslim or a Muslim plant in our government.

It's a steady 11% for Americans since 2007.
