General Conference 2018 Schedule

All church services will be held in Halls B and D of the Kentucky International Convention Center

Exhibits will be in Halls A, C, and E of the Kentucky International Convention Center

Seminars will be in rooms M100 – M111 of the Kentucky International Convention Center

Times below are eastern standard time

(This schedule is tentative and subject to change)

Please note:
•Security checkpoints will be placed at the entrance of the Kentucky International Convention Center.
•Bags will be searched. Bringing backpacks or large handbags may delay your entrance into the convention center
•In addition to the required security officers, we will have volunteers to assist in security matters.

Guess I don't see why that would be unusual. I haven't had an ear to his status however.

I could be wrong, but I thought post trib eschatology was uncommon in the UPCI.

Of course I have limited experience, only with local churches here in Florida.

From the limited experience I have with the UPC it is rare. Our Pastor in Lexington Ky learned it from Bro. Baxter. Dave Huston in Carlisle Pa. teaches it.

In that case, having it taught at General Conference would be an endorsement of something that hasn't been mainstream right? That is what I thought when I saw it.

And the Utube with Brother Norris in it seemed like he was moving away from the "Hal Lindsey" version of Dispensationalism that many used to teach.

The key with him teaching on "end time events" MAY be that he wont teach on the timing of the rapture. Personally I hope he DOES. I know of a certainty he taught it at Conference in the early 80's.

I hope Bro. Norris was hinting a move away from pre trib Dispensationalism. Incidently it was through Hal Lindsey I came to believe in Christ. I later had to cast off his pre trib teaching but he was the one who got me reading the Bible and believing it was true.
