The bible tells us to praise God, and we use our bodies to do it.
If the praise is coming from the heart unto the Lord,
then it is not the flesh.
Psalm 150
Praise[a] the Lord!
Praise God in His sanctuary;
Praise Him in His mighty [b]firmament!
2 Praise Him for His mighty acts;
Praise Him according to His excellent greatness!
3 Praise Him with the sound of the [c]trumpet;
Praise Him with the lute and harp!
4 Praise Him with the timbrel and dance;
Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes!
5 Praise Him with loud cymbals;
Praise Him with clashing cymbals!
6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
If you start worshiping, praising, and dancing unto the Lord,
Often the Spirit will inspire your worship.

Worship God, even if you don't feel like it.
Psalm 22 English Standard Version (ESV)
22 My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?
Why are you so far from saving me, from the words of my groaning?
2 O my God, I cry by day, but you do not answer,
and by night, but I find no rest.
3 Yet you are holy,
enthroned on the praises[a] of Israel.
4 In you our fathers trusted;
they trusted, and you delivered them.
