Sunday morning voting? Whatever happened to voting DAY? It's not voting week, it's not voting season, it's voting day. The bill sounds pretty common sense to me, but unfortunately common sense isn't very common anymore.

Agree. It's on the states to legally limit voting participation. The Constitution never originally intended for everyone to vote.
