I am wondering what your thoughts are on which State/Province has the nicest people, or friendliest?
In Canada, I would say it is the Maritimes,(Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, P.E.I.,Newfoundland, in the States it would have to be
anywhere in the mid west, or say Minnesota.
What say you?

you list four out of 13 provinces and you probably do not even count the Yukon and Nunavut (I try to use that word whenever I can) probably because they are so cold, far away and sparsely populated that they are off the ron-radar. Is your subtle message more about the French being not as nice as the English?
In contrast, I submit only one out of 50 --- that the nicest folks in the US of A are S. Carolina folks. They just seem to get the fact that living is about community and people.

over the border my vote would have to be for PEI since I think that is where Anne had her formative years (shaped mostly by her wonderful adopting father Mathew).
sorry, but everything I know about Canada is from Anne of Green Gables and Second City Tv.
