Most people who closely followed saw the courts reject the lawsuits, in which, Trump was named as a Petitioner on at least one. Only one court in Arizona, I believe, told Sidney that the results were not outcome determinative and threw it out. All the other weak judicial judges ruled on no standing and NOT on the merits.IOW, they wouldn’t look at the evidence.
Mike Pence can pretend he didn’t have the Constitutional right to send Electoral votes back to the respective states that ACTUALLY wanted them back after more evidence came out. They wanted a little more time for review. He was sent a letter to that effect. Pence turned his back on Trump and his supporters.
Interestingly, Lindsey Graham was talking about having a short Senate trial to focus on what happened on January 6th. I think that might be where this would happen for Trump to bring the receipts in election fraud. But, as we know, Lindsey can come through as in Kavanaugh, but you can’t depend on him.
Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas:
“We can’t go back into these states and figure out how to shore up the integrity of the elections. We will never have credible elections. We will never know who really won. We will never be able to verify that anyone won if you can, basically, mail in ballots, no signature verification, throw everything away. We will never be able to find out what actually happened.
Ken Paxton believes Trump would have a great opportunity to showcase, before the Senate, what was going on with election fraud.
“Oliver North was put before the Senate Committee and was able to show America what was actually going on with the whole Contra situation and became a hero because people realized what he had done.
I think as time has gone on, he (Trump) has been able to accumulate more and more information that will demonstrate how much we don’t know and also how much we do know about election fraud.”
