Cecil the lion, planned parenthood.
So sad that people can grieve over a lion being shot, they harass a man's office, threaten his life, say he needs to hang. ...
And support PP.
Wow!

Jimmy Kimmel cried about it on his TV show. Seriously... Cried about a dumb lion.

Re: Cecil the lion, planned parenthood.
I don't see the need to kill a lion for kicks, but killing babies is a whole other level of depravity.

I don't either, although it was very popular in a bygone era.

Re: Cecil the lion, planned parenthood.
As I told one preacher friend of mine who posted something similar on FB. I can be angry about both and I am.
Luring that Lion out of the sanctuary to kill him was awful. He was not a "dumb lion". He was a magificient creature. I believe in hunting for food but this was just for sport and illegal.

Re: Cecil the lion, planned parenthood.
I have not hunted before, but hunting for sport is not a sin. The sin was in the manner in which they chose to do it.
Abortion is a sin no matter what reason or manner you choose to do it.
Both of these things are sin but for very different reasons.
If the man had killed said lion in an unprotected area and without luring him I'm pretty sure it would not have been a sin.

I don't think anybody was saying hunting is a sin. It was the manner in which it was done and that the animal killed was protected.

I am too soft hearted to be a hunter as long as there are Kroger's, Publix, and Walmarts! LOL. However if things fell apart and I needed to in order to survive I would have no problem doing it.
I made sure that family members that were hunters took my boys hunting when they were young so they would be familiar with it and not have a problem with it when they were older in case they needed those skills.

Re: Cecil the lion, planned parenthood.
Sorry, compared to aborted babies, the lion is just a dumb animal.
I believe the Dentist's claims that he thought it was a legal hunt. He paid for the license and, from what I've read, was not involved in luring the lion nor did he know the guides were taking it from a sanctuary.
