Also, I picked up and read through a short little book called The John Wayne Code: Wit, Wisdom, and Timeless Advice from the American Icon.

Re: What Are You Reading Currently, 2.0
I finished Dr. Heisner's book The Unseen Realm last night, and immediately moved into reading Religion and Magic in Ancient Egypt. I am committed to finishing it this time!

I also finished Judges and Ruth and am in 1 Samuel in the NLT. Wading deeply into Isaiah in the ESV, too.

Re: What Are You Reading Currently, 2.0
God's Law is Christianity's tool of dominion. This is where any discussion of God's law ultimately arrives: the issue of dominion. Ask yourself: Who is to rule on earth, Christ or Satan? Whose followers have the ethically acceptable tool of dominion, Christ's or Satan's? What is this tool of dominion, the biblically revealed law of God, or the law of self-proclaimed autonomous man? Whose word is sovereign, God's or man's? Millions of Christians, sadly, have not recognized the continuing authority of God's law or its many applications to modern society. They have thereby reaped the whirlwind--cultural and intellectual impotence. They implicitly denied the power of the death and resurrection of Christ. They have served as footstools for the enemies of God. But humanism's free ride is coming to an end. This book written by Dr. Greg L. Bahnsen serves as an introduction to this woefully neglected topic.
By This Standard: The Authority of God's Law Today Paperback – 2008

To Try Men's Souls-Gingrich & Forstchen
First novel in a series about the American Revolution
The Seven Laws of the Learner- Bruce Wilkinson
A book about teaching.
Under Fire (An American Story)- Oliver North
North's recount of the Iran Contra deal.
Beneath a Scarlet Sky- Mark Sullivan
WW2
Hobby Farming for Dummies
Self Explanatory
Essentials of Holiness- David K. Bernard
For Preachers Only- J.T. Pugh
Great book that I should be committing more time to than I currently am.
Essentials of Oneness Theology- David K. Bernard
Wilderness Empire- Allan W. Eckart
Eckart has written extensively researched historical novels about Early Frontier times and Indian Wars. I highly recommend his books to anyone interested in that time period.
Sweat, Blood & Tears- Ian Hood
A book about manhood...but my personal opinion of Hood is that he may be a bit of a sissy. lol
Education of a Wandering Man- Louis L'Amour
Autobiography of Louis L'Amour.
Some of them I have been picking at here and there on Kindle for several months. But all of them active reads...just some more active than others.

Has anybody read any of these Commentaries by Brother Ken Bow, I want to know if they would be a good purchase?

I've not read those in particular but I have a couple at home. Have read them yet. Definitely would be a good purchase though.
