A simple solution would be to provide transportation to and from the ID making place and make sure it's free to have an ID.

For some places buses set up might already suffice. For more country locations they would need to implement something.

Im not jf but yes I know at least 10 elder people on my street that do not have photo ID's. Some in our church.

I don't agree. If they can't get to a place to get a valid ID then they can't get to a place to vote.
