Ring Tone Question

This will be moved later to the right section, but since most come here first I am posting here for a quick reply, hopefully.

How do you transfer a ringtone from one phone to another?

I purchased a ringtone that my husband wants to put on his company phone.

Is there a way for me to do that?

Thanks!

Most ringtones are copyrighted and the cell companies are closing the ability to add them except purchase.

When I was with Sprint, I had a USB cable and I would upload my own 30 second snippets. Or, I would use an online tool and send them as text message with attachments. That is impossible with the new carrier I have, and I have found they even crippled bluetooth transfers.

The cell companies feel the $5 per ringtone is important revenue. and they all are starting to turn off the ability to use your own ringtones....

PM me your carrier name and manufacturer and model of your phone and I can research if it is even ableto transfer from computer to phone. The software/cable is about $40.
