Both leaders should face each other in a Thunderdome and leave the rest of us to our own peaceful lives.

If the reports that NK now has nukes to fit their missiles are true, we're going to war very soon. I hate it. I don't want to have another war. What's terrible about this is that there will be thousands of South Koreans who will likely die because of this.

Any war with NK will be very difficult. Reports say their missiles are mostly spread out and a large number are on mobile systems, which will make it incredibly difficult to take them all out. We won't be able to rely solely on our cruise missiles, there will have to be boots on the ground.

God help us.

Having nukes does not require war. Russia and China have nukes. We never went to war with them due to their nukes. The same with North Korea.

Nukes or no nukes, there is no upside from going to war with North Korea.

The major difference is NK is ruled by a madman who will use them. NK has been testing and firing missiles for years. When's the last time China or Russia have fired a missile?

You are correct. But I still see no just cause for war. If war must come, it should be determined by the president of South Korea. They have the most to lose.

I agree there is no just cause for war as of yet.

What do you believe would be a just cause for war with NK? If they followed through and launched a nuke attack against SK or the US?

That's my belief for their to be a "just" cause. I believe there is already cause for war, but not a just cause.

And still some will likely blame the US for provoking NK through sanctions, etc.
