Family needs prayer
Please keep my husband, sons, and ALL of kids in your prayers. (i am having a difficult time completely forgiving a man that is luring my oldest in with his lies)

Family needs prayer update
So last night after church my son had turned around to come back here because his car was acting up. But he left again this morning after I talked to him on and off. He is rebelling against God right now, and isn't ready for church because he's confused about his sexuality right now... (amongst other things) PLEASE intervene for his soul. The last thing I told him before he left was "When you're ready to serve the Lord and do things the right way you can come back." So difficult, but like the bible says, the Lord won't give you anything you can't handle. And Praise God, He's already making things better!

I will certainly pray for you, your family, and certainly your son. Perhaps leave off "preaching" to him, and just pray for him. After growing up in church, I imagine he knows exactly what is right, and wrong that he is doing. I would think the less you "preach" to him (as he already knows what he is doing is wrong), and the more you pray for him, and hold his soul up to the Lord, perhaps that in and of itself will do more good than any words you can say to him. I will be praying for you, and for your family. I know it must be a difficult situation.

Titus2woman on AFF
"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
