The closest Ive been to that, was a neighboring UPCI Church had to replace the Pastor. For some reason it’s against the rules to give bible studies in a strip club.

Yes, I said it right. Tithing is effective. Giving of the firstfruits is still for the New Covenant. Still there.

Paul wrote that Jesus said it was more blessed to give than to receive.

I know that it does not say in the Book, Pay your tithe or go to hell. But tithing is wrapped up with prosperity. Sorry for all the non-tithers/ nongivers.

Mal 3:8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
Mal 3:9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

Tithing and offering is the only place that this type of promise for prosperity is given.

Now if I was the devil I would get people all in a dither about tithing and convince them that it is not for the New Testament. Remember the thief comes to STEAL kill and destroy. Your not tithing stops prosperity in your life.

You might still go to heaven but you will go to heaven poor.
