Yesterday I had small flank steaks seared in a skillet and topped with a lil bit of marsala butter which you make by reducing a marsala cooking wine and adding spices*chopped garlic is what I used* then you whip it into real butter and freeze it so it becomes solid again...melt a medallion over steak ect and instant sauce...that was for a late lunch with toasted ciobatta bread and garlic mashed potatos then later yesterday evening I did some red beans and rice with bacon and pineapple smoked sausage which im eating for lunch now....yes yes im the devil for ruining your fast....hehe
