Likely, but again, as what? The initial rumor was he would be the CoS, which has now been given to Priebus. Obviously all WH staff have a certain level of security clearances, but very few have top secret clearance with access to intelligence briefings. The WH Press Secretary, for example, does not have top secret clearance, nor do they attend intelligence briefings.
So regardless of wanting his son in law on staff, what role will he be in which requires the need for top secret clearance with access to intelligence briefings?
