Man Food - Hot Wings

Ok guys this is a Hot Wing Thread give your recipe for your wings you make if you make any...I cook like Justin Wilson so I don't measure...LOL

2 sticks of butter
1 bottle Franks red hot sauce
onion and garlic seasoning
salt and pepper

Fry wings no coating on them let them sit after you bring them out of the grease... melt your butter,add hot sauce and seasonings. Once all that has mixed and melted take pour over wings put lid on container and shake take lid off and enjoy..

I won't eat em the regular way anymore.

You cook em till done in the deep fryer.

You toss em in your preferred sauce, then drop em back in the deep fryer for just long enough to submerge em.

Now you have the flavor cooked into the skin through to the meat, AND you don't have the mess of the sauce everywhere enabling you to use your fingers for other things.
Like the remote, the bottle of Coke, or your gun/car magazine.

Plus they don't get all soggy with sauce, they are still just as crispy as original dry wings but with all the flavor.
